About the Hexagonal format
The hexagon is an extruded shape: six flat faces and a centre hole give it more exposed surface than a solid round stick of the same mass, and the flat faces let pieces stack in a row instead of rolling. Sizes run 18 mm to 24 mm across the flats and 35 mm to 50 mm long.

Grades explained
The grade sets ash content: Premium at 2.5-2.8%, Super Premium between them, Platinum at 1.6-2.0%. The shape and the size do not change with the grade — ash and price do. The grade is chosen per order, not per size.

What drives the cost of the Hexagonal format
Extruded shapes cost more per tonne than cubes for two reasons. They spend longer in the extrusion die, so press throughput per hour is lower; and they do not stack as densely, so a 20ft container carries 18.5 tonnes against 19.75 tonnes of standard cube — the same freight, spread over less product. Packaging adds the rest: a printed inner box costs materially more per kilogram than bulk cartons.

The six flat faces photograph cleanly through a window box, the centre hole reads as engineered rather than commodity, and the shape is distinct enough on a shelf that a customer can find your brand again without reading the label.

Any Hexagonal size ships in bulk master-box packing or printed inner boxes (250 g / 500 g / 1 kg / 2 kg / 3 kg / 5 kg). We load full 20ft containers; you can mix sizes and grades inside one.
