Introduction
This policy explains which cookies muliacharcoal.com sets, what each one does, and how to refuse them. It describes what the site actually runs today — not a general list of things a website might do.
muliacharcoal.com is a business-to-business catalogue. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, no user account and no login, so none of the cookies associated with those features exist here.
About cookies
A cookie is a small file containing an identifier that a web server sends to your browser and that your browser stores. The identifier is sent back to the server each time your browser requests a page.
A session cookie is deleted when you close your browser. A persistent cookie stays until its expiry date or until you delete it.
What we use
We use one analytics service: Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It tells us which pages buyers read, which countries they arrive from, and which enquiry routes they use, so we can improve the site.
We do not use Bing Analytics, Yandex Metrica, or any Facebook or Meta analytics product. No advertising, retargeting or ad-audience cookies are set: Google Signals is switched off on our Analytics property, so the data is not used for advertising.

Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default. No analytics cookie is written to your device, and none of the cookies in the table above is set.
We do not yet show a cookie banner, which means visitors in those countries currently have no way to opt in. Until we add one, analytics for those countries stays switched off rather than switched on without permission. We are building that banner; when it ships, this page will be updated to describe it and the consent cookie will begin to be set.
