Everything below is a term of business rather than a capability claim: what you send us, what it costs in minimum and in time, and what you get to check before a container is pressed.
Custom sizes at a glance
A custom size is a briquette pressed to dimensions you specify rather than to one of our catalogue sizes — produced in any of our 6 shape families, on the same commercial terms as a standard size.

Any size, on the standard terms
We press to specification in every shape family we make — cube, hexagonal, finger, flat, dome and lotus. No size limit is set. A custom size is ordered the way a catalogue size is ordered: one container, the standard lead time, one price with the tooling already in it.
A custom size is not a different product: the same grades, the same per-order certificate of analysis. Only the dimensions change.
What to send us
A sentence. Name the shape family and the dimensions and that is a complete specification: "cube, 24 mm", or "hexagonal, 22 × 45 mm". You do not need a drawing, a CAD file, a tolerance table or a physical sample piece.
If the size exists because it has to fit something — a particular head, a bowl, a retail box you already print — say so as well. If it exists because it is what your market already buys, the dimensions on their own are enough.
The terms, which are the standard terms
The minimum on a custom size is 18 tons (one 20ft container) — the same minimum as any catalogue size. Production runs about 21 days for a 20-ft container and 21–25 days for a 40-ft, plus 7–10 days for a first order under a new brand. Tooling is included in the unit price: there is no separate tooling, die or setup charge.
No size limit is published because none was set.
A sample of your size, before the container
A custom size can be pressed as a pre-production sample first, so you hold the piece before the container is pressed. The terms are the standard sample terms:
The sample is free; you pay only the courier to your door.
Ask for the sample in the same message as the specification.
Density on the flat shape
Density is the buyer's choice on the flat shape; every other shape is pressed at standard density. If you want the flat pressed heavier or lighter, say so alongside the dimensions — it is a choice made at order time, not a separate product.
A custom size that repeats is a standard size
Order the same specification a second time and it is ordered on the same terms as the first time — the same minimum and the same lead time, like any catalogue size.
