How to read these numbers

What is ash content?
Ash content is the percentage of mineral residue left after combustion. Lower ash means a cleaner burn, less debris on the bowl and less odour; coconut shell briquettes typically run 1.6%-2.8% by mass. Detail at /quality/specifications-explained#ash.
Why does fixed carbon matter?
Fixed carbon is the share of pure carbon left after volatile matter and moisture have burned off. Higher fixed carbon means a longer, hotter burn at lower ash. Our Platinum grade hits ≥ 82% fixed carbon.
How long does Platinum grade burn?
Platinum grade burns 2.5+ hours per cube on a standard shisha bowl at a peak surface temperature near 680 °C. Premium and Super Premium burn 2+ hours per cube.

Common questions about OEM

Do you accept AI/PDF artwork?
Yes. Send us print-ready Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or PDF files at the dieline dimensions we share. We accept CMYK at 300 dpi with bleed; if you have InDesign or Photoshop sources we can usually open those too.
What is the print proof time?
We turn around a packaging proof within 7 working days of receiving final artwork. The proof is a physical printed sample on the actual board stock; you sign it off before the production run.
Minimum order to start a private label?
18 tons (one 20ft container) FOB Semarang. The 18-ton minimum is a single 20-ft FCL — you can mix shapes and grades inside one container, but we do not split containers across buyers.

Buyer FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity?
18 tons (one 20ft container) FOB Semarang. We do not split containers, but you can mix shapes and grades within a single 20ft container.

How long is production lead time?
About 21 days for a 20-ft container and 21–25 days for a 40-ft, from receipt of the 50% T/T deposit; a first order under a new brand adds 7–10 days for the artwork and proof cycle. We schedule the booking with the shipping line in parallel so the container is ready on the agreed laycan.
Which shipping lines do you load with?
Maersk, MSC and CMA CGM out of Semarang. We file the IMDG UN 1361 Class 4.2 dangerous-goods declaration with every booking.

Can you private-label our brand?
Yes. We offer master-box, inner-box and individual cube-wrap printing. Your designer works directly with our packaging lead; minimum private-label order is one 20ft container.

What payment terms do you accept?
50% T/T advance, balance against the B/L copy no later than one week after vessel departure, or L/C at sight. Wire details are released only after KYC. We invoice in USD.

The 1 kg sample itself is free; you pay only the air courier (DHL / FedEx), quoted by destination. Lab-grade samples include a batch COA so you can verify the burn specs before placing the wholesale order.
