White-label production is the branding layer of the shisha charcoal packaging system: we manufacture the coconut charcoal and print your brand across the packaging, so you sell it under your own name.
Quick answer
Can I sell coconut shisha charcoal under my own brand?
Yes. You supply print-ready artwork in AI / PDF; we provide the die-line and print your brand on the inner box, master box and inner plastic. A single branded container is accepted, your artwork stays exclusive, and an NDA is available. A first branded order adds 7–10 days to the 21-day production window for the proof and sample cycle.

1. What white-label means, and what you can brand
Definition
White-label
White-label means we manufacture the charcoal and you sell it under your brand. The buyer supplies the artwork — we print your design, we don't design it — and we provide the die-line and template so your artwork drops onto the right cutting and fold lines.
That is the difference from neutral packaging: neutral is unbranded plain stock, white-label is your brand printed across the layers.
Compare neutral vs white-label

What you can brand
Your brand can run across every layer: the inner box (your primary branding surface), the master box, the inner plastic, and branded consumables like stickers, tape, and silica sachets.
- Inner box — primary branding surface
- Master box — printed or labelled
- Inner plastic — clear or printed
- Branded consumables — stickers, tape, silica
- Complete branded coconut charcoal set: plastic, inner box, master carton together
One brand, printed consistently across all layers.
Design ownership, exclusivity & confidentiality
Your artwork and design are exclusive to you: we never reuse or sell your design to another buyer, and we sign an NDA on request. Printing files and plates are kept on record so reorders match the first run exactly.
Product or territorial exclusivity — restricting the same charcoal to competitors in your market — is a separate arrangement, available by negotiation, not automatic. Artwork exclusivity is the default; territory is a negotiated term.
2. Print methods, finishes & artwork
Branded packaging is printed to commercial standards. Print method, press capability, and paper stock are specified per order.
Finishes
Finishes form a ladder: a base coating (matte or gloss) comes standard, and upgrade finishes are layered on top: lamination, emboss, spot UV and foil (hot stamping), each priced separately.

Artwork specs & file requirements
We print buyer-supplied artwork to print-ready standards. Supply vector files in AI / PDF, set up in CMYK; we provide the die-line and template for placement.
Pantone/spot color matching is available for brand-color accuracy across reorders.

We supply the die-line; you place your artwork on it. - Pantone color proof sheet for coconut charcoal packaging
Pantone matching keeps brand color consistent across runs.
3. Minimum to start your brand, and printing prices
The custom-print minimum is framed per printed design, distinct from the general order MOQ of 18 tons (one 20ft container). A single branded container is fine — there is no recurring-order commitment — and you can run multiple designs or sizes within one container.
The briquette inside the box can be your specification too — a custom size carries the same minimum and the same lead time as a catalogue size. Custom sizes: terms and what to send
White-label printing prices
Custom-print prices are add-ons on top of the charcoal FOB price — they are not the total. The charcoal price is quoted per SKU on inquiry.
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Inner-box printing (per kg) | Available on request |
| Lamination (per ton) | Available on request |
| Emboss (per ton) | Available on request |
| UV spot (per ton) | Available on request |
| Foil (per ton) | Available on request |
| Double-wall master box (per ton) | Available on request |
| Plastic printing (per kg) | Available on request |
4. Proof, sample & timeline
Before any production run, your packaging is approved twice: artwork → a digital proof → a physical pre-production sample → your approval → production. Nothing is mass-printed until you sign off on the physical sample.

Custom-order timeline
A first branded order and a reorder run on different clocks.
| Order | Steps and lead time |
|---|---|
| First branded order | artwork → digital proof (7 days) → physical sample → approval → print → production → ship: the 21-day production window plus 7–10 days for the proof cycle. |
| Reorders | artwork on file, plates kept — skip design and proof, so the base 21 days with no addition. |

6. Retail-ready & market markings

You own your market's labeling and regulatory compliance — EU CLP, US requirements, health and usage warnings — and supply that artwork; we print it and advise on the UN 1361 dangerous-goods transport markings, which go on the master box.

7. Why private-label
A private label turns a commodity into your brand. Instead of reselling anonymous charcoal, you build brand equity, earn repeat customers who ask for your name, differentiate on packaging and positioning, and control how the product is presented in your market.
Brands we produce
We manufacture for coconut-charcoal brands across our priority markets. Specific brand examples are shared privately, with permission, or anonymized — we never display a buyer's brand without written consent.

8. Should you just stay with neutral packaging instead?
Note
The honest counter-argument: branding is not free. A private label adds a per-design custom-print minimum on top of the order MOQ, print and finish add-ons on top of the charcoal FOB price, and extra lead time for proofing and sampling — 7–10 days on top on a first order, versus shipping neutral stock you can reorder immediately. For a trader who competes purely on landed price, or who is still testing whether the charcoal sells in their market, neutral packaging is the rational choice, and that view genuinely holds at low volume and on the very first shipment.
It stops holding once you intend to reorder. The custom-print minimum is framed per printed design — not per container — and a single branded container is fine, with no recurring commitment, so the entry cost is one run, not a standing obligation. Your artwork is exclusive to you and held on file with the plates, so reorders skip design and proofing and ship at the base 21 days rather than carrying the 7–10-day proof cycle. The added cost is the printing add-on, quoted on top of the same charcoal price you would pay neutral — you are not buying a different product, only your name on it.
