Cube coconut shell charcoal briquettes are formed on a hydraulic press line, then weathered and dried before packing.

About the Cube format

Equal faces give the largest stable contact area against foil or a heat-management device, so the coal sits without rocking whichever way it lands. Uniformly cut edges and a six-faced form stack tightly in the box, which lowers freight cost per kilogram. Sizes run 22 mm to 28 mm; pick the size the bowl or device in front of you is set up for.

Coconut shell charcoal cube briquettes are pressed from carbonized coconut shell and cut to uniform edges, equal on all six faces.

Grades explained

The grade sets ash content: Premium at 2.5-2.8%, Super Premium between them, Platinum at 1.6-2.0%. The shape and the size do not change with the grade — ash and price do. The grade is chosen per order, not per size.

Ash is the mineral residue left after burning; lower-ash charcoal leaves less of it in the bowl.

What drives the cost of the Cube format

A cube is the cheapest format we press, and the reason is geometry rather than material. Cubes are cut from a pressed bar in one pass, so press time per kilogram is the lowest in the range, and they stack with almost no void space — a 20ft container takes 19.75 tonnes of standard cube against 18.5 tonnes of extruded shapes, which spreads the same freight cost over more product. Packaging is the other lever: a printed inner box adds materially more per kilogram than bulk cartons.

Cube briquettes are cut from a pressed length of charcoal, so the cutter sets edge quality and piece dimensions.

Packaging & logistics

Any Cube size ships in bulk master-box packing or printed inner boxes (250 g / 500 g / 1 kg / 2 kg / 3 kg / 5 kg). We load full 20ft containers; you can mix sizes and grades inside one.

Master cartons consolidate inner boxes for container export and carry UN 1361 marking, net weight and country-of-origin.
