The three groups
Add-ons fall into three jobs. Branding and anti-counterfeit consumables put your brand on the package and protect it; load securing keeps the stack stable; transit protection guards against moisture and condensation.
Branding & anti-counterfeit consumables
Consumable specs — sticker sizes and shapes, tape widths, label and insert dimensions — are made to your order; we describe the capability here and confirm specifics on inquiry. Every item in this group is printed from your supplied artwork (we provide templates where relevant; we print, we don't design).
Branded stickers & labels
Printed stickers and labels carrying your brand, applied to the inner box, master box, or product.
3D domed stickers
Resin-domed stickers give a premium tactile brand mark that is hard to replicate cheaply — a quality cue and a soft anti-counterfeit signal.
QR stickers (authenticity)
QR stickers let your customers verify authenticity or reach your brand online. We print the QR codes you supply — the landing page and verification system are yours to run; we don't host or manage them.
Hologram / security stickers
Tamper-evident holographic security stickers are difficult to counterfeit and show if a package has been opened.
QR, hologram, and 3D domed stickers together form an anti-counterfeit set — a brand-protection toolkit for premium charcoal brands. Protecting a brand is part of owning one.
Printed box labels
Full-color labels applied to the master carton are the lower-cost, fast-turnaround branding alternative to printing the carton directly — well suited to smaller runs and mixed containers.
Branded tape
Printed sealing tape carries your brand along the carton seam; plain tape is the default.
Branded silica gel
Desiccant sachets can carry your brand; plain sachets are the default. The moisture function is covered under transit protection below.
Inserts, leaflets & cards
Printed inserts inside the inner box — care and usage cards, brand story, warranty or authenticity cards — printed from your supplied artwork.
Load securing
Strapping
PP strapping holds master cartons stable on the stack; functional plain strapping is the default.
Edge protectors / corner boards
Corner boards protect carton edges under strapping and pallet loads, spreading compression away from the carton corners.
Palletization
Cartons can ship palletized rather than floor-stuffed — wood or plastic pallets. Wood pallets are ISPM-15 heat-treated and stamped for international trade. Loose-vs-palletized container counts live on the hub and master-box pages.

Transit protection
Desiccant / silica gel
Desiccant absorbs residual humidity over sea transit at two levels: sachets inside the cartons, and container-level desiccant (poles or blankets hung in the container) for long or humid routes. The layered moisture story: the inner plastic is the primary barrier, desiccant absorbs what is left, and the thermal blanket handles condensation.
Thermal blanket / container film wrap
A thermal blanket lines the container against condensation ("container rain") and temperature swings on long transits and climate transitions — recommended for long routes and humid seasons.
How to order add-ons
Add-ons are ordered together with your container order, not standalone. All add-on pricing is quoted on request and confirmed on inquiry or WhatsApp.
