Commercial Invoice
Issued by: PT Mulia Coconut Charcoal Indonesia. Customs valuation and payment reconciliation. Provided: With every shipment.
Packing List
Issued by: PT Mulia Coconut Charcoal Indonesia. Customs and warehouse reconciliation against the container. Provided: With every shipment.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Issued by: Shipping line. Title document the consignee needs to claim the container at destination. Provided: After vessel departure.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Issued by: Ministry of Trade via an appointed IPSKA agency (e-SKA). Origin evidence and, where applicable, duty preference at destination. Provided: Per shipment.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS / SDS)
Issued by: PT Mulia Coconut Charcoal Indonesia. Hazard evidence requested by the carrier and importer. Provided: With every shipment.
Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD)
Issued by: PT Mulia Coconut Charcoal Indonesia. Declares UN 1361, Class 4.2, Packing Group III and the SP 978 data fields to the carrier. Provided: Per dangerous-goods shipment.

Container Vanning / Stuffing Certificate
Issued by: Marine surveyor (Carsurin / Beckjorindo). Confirms the container is packed and secured per the IMDG Code. Provided: Per dangerous-goods shipment.
Export Declaration (PEB)
Issued by: Indonesian Customs (Bea Cukai). Indonesian export clearance record. Provided: Per shipment.
On request (paid add-ons)
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Issued by: Accredited laboratory. Independent verification of the burn specifications. Provided: On request (paid add-on).
Fumigation / Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by: Licensed fumigation provider or quarantine authority. Required by some destinations for wood packaging or plant-origin goods. Provided: On request, where the destination requires it.
Marine Insurance Certificate
Issued by: Buyer's insurer. Evidence of cargo cover (buyer-arranged). Provided: Buyer-arranged under EXW / FOB / CFR.

Documents your destination requires
Destination requirements vary: GCC and African markets often add chamber-of-commerce and consular legalization; Australia regulates charcoal under BICON and some markets request a phytosanitary certificate (the EU does not require one for fully carbonized charcoal). US entries need ISF data from us up front.
