What the tour covers
Whether you visit in person or join a live WhatsApp video call, here is what you'll see across the 4,200 m² factory:
- Carbonization ovens turning coconut shell into char
- Milling and sieving the char to a uniform powder
- Mixing with the natural binder and pressing into shape
- The temperature-controlled drying tunnels
- The weathering area where briquettes rest before packing
- The QC bench running moisture and burn/ash tests
- Packing and container stuffing for export
Visit the factory in person
We welcome serious buyers to visit. Come and see production, the QC bench, and a container being stuffed and sealed. We can also arrange a live WhatsApp video call if travel isn't practical right now. Tell us your timeline and we'll set it up.
Send your own inspector
You don't have to rely on our word. You may appoint an independent pre-shipment surveyor at your cost — for example SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas — to inspect the goods and the loading before the container sails. We coordinate access and the timing around your booking.
