Headroom — you won't be deprioritized
At 350 tons a month, a single 20-foot container — about 18 tons — is roughly 5% of our capacity. A monthly container, or several, sits comfortably within capacity, with room to scale your program as it grows without us deprioritizing existing buyers.

Seasonal peaks & Ramadan
Demand peaks ahead of Ramadan and the summer shisha season. To hold your delivery window through these surges, place confirmed orders 6–8 weeks earlier than usual; we schedule production slots on a first-confirmed basis.
Lead times
Production runs about 21 days for a 20-foot container and 21–25 days for a 40-foot. A first order under a new brand adds 7–10 days for the artwork and proof cycle; a repeat order with artwork on file runs at the base figure. Sea freight is separate and depends on your destination.
