1. Container payload
A 20ft container carries 18,500–20,000 kg net and a 40ft 25,500–27,000 kg, depending on the shape and on whether the cartons travel with full packaging or the charcoal is loaded in bulk.

2. Lead times
Production runs about 21 days for a 20-foot container and 21–25 days for a 40-foot, from cleared deposit to ready-to-load. A first order under a new brand adds 7–10 days for the artwork and proof cycle; a repeat order with artwork on file runs at the base figure. Sea freight is separate and depends on your destination.

3. Headroom
At 350 tons a month, a single 20-foot container of about 18 tons is about 5% of our capacity, and a month's output fills about 19 such containers. A monthly container, or several, fits within capacity, with room to scale your program as it grows.
Capacity figures are typical, not a guarantee; available slots are confirmed at order.
4. Seasonal lead times
Important
Production lead time extends by 10–20 days at the end of Ramadan and at the end of the calendar year.
Separately, before Ramadan buyers usually order about 6–8 weeks earlier than their usual order date; confirm yours that far ahead to hold your delivery window.
